Providing industry research to the public and our members
The Surety and Fidelity Association of America is a designated statistical agent for all states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico (with the exception of Texas). It conducts data calls of surety and fidelity statistics and produces reports for regulatory agencies, SFAA Members and Premier Partners, and the public at large.

Top 100 Writers of Fidelity and Surety Bonds
Exhibits showing the rankings of the top 100 writers of fidelity bonds and the top 100 writers of surety bonds. The ranking includes only those members and statistical affiliates of the SFAA which have furnished the association with copies of their Annual Statements.
Fifty Largest Writers by State
Exhibits showing the rankings of the fifty largest writers of fidelity bonds and the fifty largest writers of surety bonds for each state and U.S. territory.
Quarterly Results
This report presents the year-to-date aggregate surety and fidelity results for direct premium written, direct premium earned, direct losses incurred, and loss ratio.

Cause of Loss Experience Financial Institutions Bonds
This report reflects the consolidated results of all companies which report statistics to the SFAA in accordance with the SFAA Fidelity and Surety Statistical Plan. It provides the breakdown of fidelity losses paid on a peril-by-peril basis for each of the major categories of bonds.
Fifty Largest Writers by State
Exhibits showing the rankings of the fifty largest writers of fidelity bonds and the fifty largest writers of surety bonds for each state and U.S. territory.
Quarterly Results
This report presents the year-to-date aggregate surety and fidelity results for direct premium written, direct premium earned, direct losses incurred, and loss ratio. Quarterly totals from 2001 to the present are included, as well as charts graphing the historical results.
